A army say to me

A army say " Our honor is we will go Afganistan. So I want to go there" I really shocked when I hear that. Japanese dont want to go there because my contry dont have formally army. And The Self Defense Forces dont have right of war. But my friends in Deutch really want to do. Why he or his friends thinks their going to Afganistan is honor ?? I cant belive. If they die there, he really thinks for her familly or girlfriend??(85 words)
